Road Journals Entry: Everything was squared away on Saturday morning, the day AFTER my birthday. Picked up my new bike in mid 40's weather, cloudy with a fine mist. After going thru procedures (are you kidding me?) with the sales person, we mounted up and hit the road. I fell in love immediately. This bike is the finest riding machine I have ever ridden. Hit the back roads and then set off thru town, leading some folks back to Kentucky so they wouldn't be on the interstate. Stopped a bit and visited with everyone before we split up and then headed back. Finally got enough miles on it to hit the interstate and discover just how well this motorcycle rides. It was a great weekend!
