Was able to get out for about 50 miles this past Sunday. It was in the low 40's and snow still on the ground. Roads were a little wet but no problems. We headed out to a local tavern and the bartender said it was great hearing us pull up. We had a few brews and a bite to eat and then went out to head home and there was a light rain falling. I awoke this morning to the news that we are looking at a major storm here over the weekend and possibly another to follow Monday evening. Will this winter NEVER end? Everything was squared away on Saturday morning, the day AFTER my birthday. Picked up my new bike in mid 40's weather, cloudy with a fine mist. After going thru procedures (are you kidding me?) with the sales person, we mounted up and hit the road. I fell in love immediately. This bike is the finest riding machine I have ever ridden.
