Jumped on the Nad and headed for Dallas to visit the wife who went there for some company training. Left Fairhope, AL on April 6th and arrived in Dallas on the 7th after and overnight stay in Jackson, MS. Except for the crappy roads in LA, the ride out was awesome. Lucky Texans; no friggin helmet law! Surprised the wife and we stayed on the bike every day after she finished her training. Coming back on the 10th was a bit more challenging. They changed her flight so she left Dallas 4 hours ahead of schedule. Not a problem except that I had to pick her up in Mobile, AL four hours before planned. So, I hit the road and called on my steel stallion to get me there ASAP. My Nad never missed a beat cruising at 100-110 following the fast moving cages. Made it from Dallas to Fairhope in a little over 10 hours and was able to make the airport ontime. Even constantly cruising at such high speeds, my Nad met the challenge and had more to give. Did use the Air-Hawk on the way back to reduce the fatigue, but the ride was incredible. I'm living proof that those 5-hour energy drinks do work! Move over hogs, there's a Nomad coming through!
